STRICKLAND BUILDING is a boutique residential builder, infill developer, and licensed real estate firm. We specialize in luxury new construction, complex renovations, design-build, and historic rehabilitation projects.
Our involvement begins early in the planning process and continues through construction and closeout, with a focus on design coordination, technical rigor, and execution. We work with leading architects, interior designers, and engineering firms to deliver homes grounded in timeless architecture — defined by balanced proportions, thoughtful details, and lasting character rather than passing trends.
Beyond project delivery, Strickland Building also provides construction consulting and expert support for residential construction litigation.
